Night School Braised Pork Rice is on Jingcheng Road in West District and serves until 2:00, so it suits night owls. MICHELIN says the signature is kòngròu fàn: fresh pork stewed in soy, sugar, wine and shallots until soft and springy, with rice packed in a bento box and sides such as shredded bamboo shoots, braised napa cabbage and fried tofu.
